| SatPros' warranty is
limited solely to: replacement, repair, or issuing credit for the purchase
price of such product, at the discretion of SatPros. SatPros warrants to
the original purchaser that products bought from SatPros will be free from
defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from
the date of purchase. SatPros will, without charge, at SatPros' discretion,
repair or replace any components or parts if confirmed by SatPros that the
product is defective, and that such defects are not caused by abuse, misuse,
accident, alteration, Act Of God, lack of cleanliness, environmental conditions,
electrical power failure, electrical power conditioning, neglect, shipping,
or as a result of service, repair, or modification by anyone other than
an authorized SatPros representative, or other reasons not caused by the
product itself, providing that SatPros receives the defective product adjustment
no later than one (1) year from the date of purchase. |

| How to Get
the Warranty? |

| When customer receives
the product, there is a warrenty form inside the retail box. Customer just
needs to fill out the form and mail it back to the manufacture to register
the product. After that, if you product has any problem, exclude physical
demage, within 1 year, you can send the product back to the manufacture
for repair. |

| Is There Any
Service Fee? |

| There is no service
charge for warranty product. But customer may needs to pay for the one way
shipping to ship the product back to the manufacture. And manufacture will
pay for the shipping to ship the new or repaired product back to customers.
No restock fee will apply for all exchange products under warranty. |

| Satpros offers a 30
days return policy to most of our products. The time period is in between
the day you receive the product to the day you email us for the RMA number.
If customer decide to return the product, you need to email us at info@mysatpros.com
for the RMA number. We suggest customer to save the RMA number request email
for any future inquiries. The RMA will be issued and returned by phone call
or email within 24 hours. Then you can mail the product with the RMA number
to us. If you do not get reply email from us until the next day. Your should
send the request email one more time or call us at 626-599-2222. RMA numbers
are valid for a period of 14 days and then voided. Any RMA returned to us
with a RMA number past the 14-day period of validity shall be refused and
sent back to the sender. Satpros does not accept any shipments without a
valid RMA. Some products will be labeled "No Return". All unauthorized
returned products would be refused to the sender. Software is absolutely
non refundable. If the product is physical damaged before it is shipped
to us, we will not return the money back to the customer. Moreover, customer
needs to pay for the shipping fee in order to get your send out product
back. If there is no damage for the product, we will return the money back
to the customer either by check or credit card within 30 days. |

| Product will not return
for full credit. There is a 25% restock fee apply for all return product.
Handling fee and Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer pays for
the return shipping to Satpros. |

| Where Should
the Product Go To? |
|
| For return products,
please ship to the address: 151 N Magnolia Ave, Monrovia, CA 91016. Please
ship using a carrier that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery.
We recommend FEDX, USPS and we also recommend our customer to buy shipping
insurance when they ship their product back to us. Satpros will not be responsible
for items lost by the carrier. Valid proof of delivery must include the
e-mail that we send you. For the ship back, Satpros prefers to use the shipping
address that customer sign up for the account. If customer needs us to ship
to a different address, please email us at info@mysatpros.com.
The accuracy of this address is the responsibility of the customer. All
ship back products will be shipped via FEDX or USPS. We accept FPO, APO
address, but expect a 3 to 5 days delay from USPS. Sorry, no P.O.BOX and
outside USA delivery. |
